Account and registration
Opening a clan account takes five steps. First, visit clan.best or download our Android app and tap "Open an account." Enter your username, email address, and a strong password (minimum 8 characters). Next, confirm your email by clicking the verification link we send you—this protects your account from unauthorised access. Third, enter your mobile number and agree to our Terms & Conditions. Fourth, deposit funds using DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or a bank virtual account (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet). Fifth, once your deposit clears, your account is active and you can access live football, Liga 1 tournaments, live-dealer tables, and slots. Your first withdrawal will require KYC verification (see separate FAQ question for documents needed).
If you cannot log in, first verify that your email address and password are correct. Check your caps lock and try again. If you still cannot access your account, tap "Forgot password?" on the login screen and enter your registered email. We send a password-reset link to your inbox—click it and create a new password. If you do not receive the reset email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or request a new link. Bank transfers via local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or mobile banking virtual accounts take 1–3 business hours to settle. We recommend using e-wallets if you need instant access to your deposit.
We do not charge deposit or withdrawal fees on clan. The full amount you deposit appears in your account balance. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may charge their own transaction fees depending on your payment method and account type. For example, some e-wallet providers impose small transfer fees on certain transaction sizes; check your local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or mobile banking app for their fee schedule. When you request a withdrawal, the full balance is available to transfer—we do not deduct any clan-side fees. Your bank (local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking) may charge a small incoming-transfer fee, but this is external to clan's system. To minimise fees, use e-wallets (local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking) for faster, often lower-cost deposits.
Our support team responds to most enquiries within one business day. During high-volume periods (major tournament events like Liga 1, Piala AFF, or Piala Indonesia finals), response times may be longer. For urgent issues—suspected account access, a blocked withdrawal, or a failed deposit—contact us through the support link in your clan account to escalate to our priority queue. Withdrawals are processed within standard review windows: local payment and bank virtual accounts (online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment) settle within 1–3 business hours; e-wallet reversals may take 24 hours if rejected.
